Services
As a mental health specialist, I offer individual support to children, teens and adults, as well as clinical supervision to therapists.

Depending on your circumstances, I can offer sessions in-person or online.
Children
Most children naturally like to create art and play. Therefore Art Therapy works well to help children express their difficulties. Children in particular are still developing and talking about their thoughts and emotions can be hard.
Adolescents
It can be a challenging time for parents and adolescents, when teens are searching for their own identity. When they have difficulties, they sometimes withdraw and don't communicate. Talking to someone can sometimes be intimidating, and some teens might prefer a non-direct way of expressing themselves.
Disabilities and Mental Health
"Children with learning disabilities are four and a half times more likely to have a mental health problem than children without a learning disability" ( Mental Health Foundation, 2023). Art therapy is extremely accessible for children who cannot access traditional talking therapies.
Parents
As a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist, I've worked and trained in CAMHS and MHST. If you are concerned about your child and wonder if art therapy is the right approach for your child, we can discuss your concerns in a consultation.
Adults
Maybe you've tried talking therapies; been referred to IAPT and CBT just isn't working for you. Making art in and of itself can be relaxing. But together, in the presence of an art therapist, it is a powerful way to make sense of what you are thinking or feeling.
Clinical Supervision
I am a BAAT approved and CYP-IAPT supervisor accredited by King's College London. I am able to provide online supervision to psychotherapists, particularly working with CYP in schools.
